(Tracks 1 to 13) was originally issued as Colgems #104, Nov. 14, 1967 Tracks 14 to 20 are bonus tracks. Released in a standard jewel case with clear tray, including a 12-panel foldout insert with liner notes, credits and photography. Copies known with Rhino and "Exclamation mark" budget price stickers. Original jewel case with moulded Warner 'big w' logo on front, lower right corner.
